Can't find your PCG model?

You might be looking at the wrong model number. If the PCG model you are looking at just has numbers (e.g PCG-81111M, PCG-8Z1M) then it is the wrong model number. Use the model number that is either located on the screen bezel or a white sticker on the bottom or under the battery (e.g SVE1711C5E, VPCZ13Z9E, VGN-AW41XH). Alternatively you can boot into the BIOS/Assist menu and it will also show you the model number.
